Melt in the mouth shortbread made in small batches, at home, in the heart of the New Forest at Burley Rails Cottage.
In 2011, two hundred years after the cottage was built, Tracy Thew, a lady who loves to bake moved into Burley Rails.
Having made shortbread for family and friends for many years. Tracy decided to offer these, melt in the mouth shortbread, to people visiting the New Forest.
The packaging is made up of illustrations Tracy has commissioned, to show visitors some of the things that they might see in the New Forest and includes details written by Ian Thew, about each illustration
