We are a long established business based in North Hampshire, working with small farmers, plantation owners and producers in the Windward and Leeward Islands of The Caribbean. Our committment over the past 30 years has been to help support the growth of family businesses; mainly in Barbados, St Lucia and Grenada; bringing small batch goods to the UK via the old Geest banana shipping company into Portsmouth. Rum Cakes, Pepper Sauces, Seasonings, Rubs, Flour, Jams, Syrups, Ketchups and Sauces. Local ingredients are used in every product and include sun-ripened bananas, mangos, pineapples, coconuts, guavas, scotch-bonnet peppers and tamarinds. Every product is produced and packed in The Caribbean, fully compliant for our market, and bursting with exceptional flavour. We are passionate about our producers, cutting down food wastage in The Caribbean, traceable ingredients, and bringing 100% authentic goods from the islands to The UK. Most of our products are gluten free, suitable for vegetarians and vegans. For much of the year, we take our colourful stall out to markets and festivals around the South, and most of what we do can be found on our website.
